Healthy Lunch Box or Bento Recipe?

I have been trying to make healthy home-cooked meals for my husband and I to take to work with us once a week. I am looking for ideas for proteins (primarily beef, chicken, fish (other than tuna), turkey) that are lunch-box sized and require no heating or are easy to reheat in a microwave.Healthy Lunch Box or Bento Recipe?
I like to make cold pasta salads like this one:

bow tie pasta (cooked)

throw in broccoli for the last 2-3 min of cooking

precooked chicken breast and/or bacon

cherry tomatoes

black olives

toss in some fat free ranch or italian dressing with some shredded parmesan or cheddar cheese and all you need are some sides thrown in.

I also like to take a tortilla or the flatbread wraps and put a tiny amount of sour cream or ranch dressing (just to seal it shut) and put in lettuce, tomato, cheese, and deli meat.

I have a friend who makes a batch of meatballs and one day a week, she and her husband have spaghetti and meatballs, and later in the week, she throws in hoagie rolls and they heat the meatballs and have meatball subs.

I like to make spinach dip and throw in some bread/pitas/crackers on occasion.

Load a salad full of veggies and different meats (you could do steak and chicken if you wanted to). A coworker brings a hard boiled egg, and crabmeat for his. Grosses me out, but he likes it!
