So i was thinking of making one but does the rice and other cooked items stay warm? Or would I be eating a cold lunch. I've seen that they sometimes wrap the box in cloth and i was wondering if that helped it stay warm or something.Making Bento Box?

No, it turns cold or you eat it at room temperature. Unless you have can get to a microwave oven and reheat it.
