hi guys! i just got a new bento box from a store in my town. i really love it, but it is very small. i know that japanese culture uses small portions, but i was just wondering if they carry a drink along or anything else besides the bento box itself? thank you guys very much!|||Carry along a thermos with boiling hot water, and bring along a green tea bag. Enjoy!|||I've seen a few sites about bento and bento style lunches where they pack a thermos of soup along with the box. The only link I have is to a bento-style site that's run by a woman from the US. It is a vegan site, and it's mostly about lunches for her son, but as he is growing, I think the portions may suit an adult as well.
