is it super time consuming?|||My son gets a bento lunch everyday.
He loves it.
Preparation is tough sometimes. It can take me 2 hours or more for a cutesie bento but he doesn't always get a cutesie one. Sometimes I throw his veggie or seaweed riceballs in syran wrap and "something from the sea and something from the land" in the bento before it's finished.
That's a very old saying in Japan. All the children need something from the sea and something from the land in their lunches.
