I read on this website in order to have a low calorie bento it must be a cetain size...I want to get one but it can only hold up to 560 calories in it. Does anyone know what size in mL is a 560 calorie bento?|||There is no standard sizes or recipes for bento. You can have a bento lunch the size of a laptop and depending what is in it, it could have fewer calories than a bento lunch the size of a a piece of toast if it is filled to the brim with rice, meat and sauce pored over the top.
You can't determine calories of something that is made up of variable ingredients by size alone!
That is like say "what size soft drink is 250 calories" Well it darn well depends on what it is in the cup - you know?!?!?!?!?!?!
