This type of bento box is called "松花堂弁当の弁当箱" (shoukado bento no bento bako) or, in shorter way,”松花堂弁当箱" (shokado bento bako).
You should ask, "松花堂弁当の弁当箱、ありますか?" (shokado bento no bento bako, arimasu ka?)
I thought Tokyu Hands and major department stores might have one, very likely not in "bento bako" area, but it might be in "和食器" (Washokki), traditional Japanese dishes area. Not many people actually carry this around as usual bento box, nowadays. As blue_moon_memory said, there must be many stores in Kappa-bashi area.
Anyway, seek with the term "松花堂弁当の弁当箱"Where can i buy those big bento boxes in japan?
Go to some department stores such as Odakyu or Don Quijote. Otherwise, stay away from Shinjuku. It is not good place to look for such thing with reasonable price.
Try to drop in the street of Kappabashi, near Ueno, the nearest station is Tawara-Machi, metro Ginza line so that you can check so many variety of kitchen tools there.Where can i buy those big bento boxes in japan?
You need to ask any professional chef and he will direct you to the neighborhood in Tokyo where pros buy dishes, knives, and boxes like you are looking for. You also might try the dish floor of the larger department stores- they usually have an area with traditional stuff.Where can i buy those big bento boxes in japan?
Supermarket
You might want to try a supermarket. I have seen them there sometimes.
