What should I put in my bento box that doesn't involve cooking and is healthy?

I want to buy some bento boxes to bring my school lunches in, but all of the ideas for what to put inside the boxes involve cooking or the little, artsy stuff and I don't have time for that. I need some ideas for healthy things that can make up a complete lunch and fit in a bento box. Since I'm making it before school, I don't have a lot of time, so it also has to be quick. What should I put in my bento box that doesn't involve cooking and is healthy?

cooked rice- cook it one night, will last five days in fridge)

mini weiners, pickles

I would invest in a few cans- weiners, potatos, chickpeas, things you need to cook but that taste good from tins, and use them to mix it up.

Also, cook rice one night - it takes 20 minutes is all..

And make something like macaroni cheese while you're doing the rice, 20 minutes again!, Then oyu can use it each day- it will last for days in the fridge.

You will have to invest a few minutes to have delish bento throughout the week.

ALso invest in some lovely veggie burgers and soydogs- they taste so good cold. What should I put in my bento box that doesn't involve cooking and is healthy?
You're going to have to do some prep work, perhaps chop all your veggies Sunday night and put them in containers so you can pack your lunch each day (or the night before). Hard boiled eggs are good, cheese cubes, small crackers, celery, carrots, grape tomatoes, grapes, pineapple chunks, apple slices tossed in cinnamon sugar, clementine orange segments(or mandarins) etc etc. Good luck! What should I put in my bento box that doesn't involve cooking and is healthy?

She makes bento-type lunches for her son every day and posts pictures and how-to's on her blog. Her recipes are vegan, but if you're not vegan you can add other stuff to it.What should I put in my bento box that doesn't involve cooking and is healthy?
Almonds. They are small, so they'll fit. No cooking or special prep necessary. Healthy fats, good protein, lots of vitamin E for your skin, hair, nails. A crunchy, yummy finger food snack.
