What kind of food do you usually put in your bento?

All I heard was sushi. What kind of food do you usually put in your bento?
I usually put cut fruit, carrot sticks, a boiled egg and leftovers from dinner the night before.

Other items:

Rice and veggies

sandwich

salad

cookie/brownie

I pretty much make it like any other lunch box, only in a bento. Occasionally I go out of my way to make Japanese food... but that's not really a requirement. What kind of food do you usually put in your bento?
Sushi is not a typical bento filler. Here are some good bento fillers to go with your rice. Try adding chicken karaage (fried chicken), tamagoyaki (fried egg), yakisoba (fried noodles), gyoza (dumplings), cocktail sausages, potato salad, stir fried vegetables, hamburger, steamed or fried fish. These are just a few examples of what goes in to a Japanese bento and the list is endless.
Try rice, any types of unique seafood including sushi, teppanyaki and other types of meat. Rice balls are included as well. What kind of food do you usually put in your bento?
Pickled veg, rice balls, teriyaki, rice, salad, edamame, tempura veg or fish.
eggs

salad

rice cakes

finger sandwitches

crackers

basically any food that will fit in the little slots reallyWhat kind of food do you usually put in your bento?
mac and cheese, coleslaw and cocktail sausages and maybe some broccoli florets
My bento gets the burritos.
