鈾lad to help! It's a Taro potato, as I mentioned in my answer. The Japanese name is "satoimo" - imo means potato. So it's a type of Japanese potato. I love these. I also use them in soups and many dishes.鈾?

there are lots of shapes
some are just like fish ball and colored. (red, green, grey)

kon'nyaku doesn't have taste. we use soy sauce and wasabi or japanese masterd etc.
