There are several Japanese restaurants in Manchester. My strong recommendation is "CHA CHA", meaning "tea %26amp; tea". This is a one-woman restaurant with some fifteen seats in it, but its dishes, interior design, and atmosphere are all PURELY Japanese. So is she. You cannot miss it if you get off at the Romiley railway station and walk about100 metres westward (i.e. to your right) along Stockport Road.
