Is it possible that I can buy a prepared bento box at a store? Do stores sell them?Where do they sell BENTO BOXES?
Some Japanese restuarants sell them as a take-out option but they are not as common as in Japan.Where do they sell BENTO BOXES?
I'm not 100% sure on this but i would say 95% Bento boxes are not sold because it is how they are prepared that make them bento boxes. Its just a lunchbox that the mother/caretaker of the children puts an extreme amount of effort into. Whether it be making shapes out of the fruit or sandwiches in the child's lunchbox. So if you want to make a Bento box, just spend a ridiculous amount of time on your child's lunch box.

I don't know your location, but where I live they have sold them at longs drug stores. I have seen them in plastic type.



I also see them at my ross store, but each location may be different. If anything you could always check a local thrift store. Those stores always have a variety of things and for cheap prices. Also you could check craigslist. People are always trying to sell things online.
