If she likes sandwiches, make the sandwich and use a cute flower, heart, or star cookie cutter to cut it out! Or if she likes cheese, you can use cookie cutters to cut the cheese into neat shapes!



Another fun thing that I like to do is hard boiled egg molding! I have these flower shaped popsicle molds and what you do is hard boil your egg. While it is still piping hot, peel it and gently fit it into the mold! You place it in the fridge for 10 minutes and then slice the egg! Voila! You've got egg flowers with yolks as the pretty yellow part!



Also, you can use colored paper cupcake liners as food

Oh! Also! If she likes hot dogs, a popular thing to do in Japanese bentos is to make a cute little octopus! Cut the hot dog in half, slice the cut portion towards the head (top of hot dog) 6-8 times to make cute tentacles. The fry the bottoms lightly in a pan so they'll hold their shape! You can also cut the hotdog shorter than half, if you want them tinier! :D
