What do you put in a Bento box?

thats healthy, small, not smelly, and non greasy?

i want to bring a bento box to school. What do you put in a Bento box?
For an easy bento lunch box try some boiled white rice or onigiri (rice ball) with a rolled omlette and a few small main dishes like karaage (Japanese fried chicken), hamburger, tonkatsu (deep fried pork cutlet), gyoza (dumpling), mini sausages, potato or pasta salad. What do you put in a Bento box?
The Japanese put anything in a Bento box, but they try to keep it balanced. Typically it includes:

a starch (rice/noodle)

a protein (meat/fish)

vegetables

salad

pickles

fruit

If your school is anything like mine was, you might want to keep the emptied bento box handy as a shield (or weapon) against anyone who might want to beat the hell out of you for bringing one to school. What do you put in a Bento box?
Mostly rice, dried seaweed, sushi if you can, mini sausages, deep fried chicken.

Try google and see if you can make some of the stuff! What do you put in a Bento box?
Rice, macaroni salad, kim chee and tako poki.
Grains
